DEAR PARENTS, STUDENTS and FRIENDS of LISTEN TO HAPPINESS SPEECH THERAPY CENTER,

Our annual early Christmas party, which was a “fashion show”-type of party, entitled “s-H-I-n-e!”, was held yesterday afternoon at the Artist Pavilion, Makati Park and Garden, J.P.Rizal Extension, Bgy. West Rembo, Makati City.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL!!! IT WAS SUCH A HUGE SUCCESS!!!

Christmas Party Fashion Show updates

Latest updates on the fashion show for the Listen to Happiness Speech Therapy Christmas party, to be held on November 22, 2008 at the Makati Park & Garden (Artist Pavillion):

Fashion Show participants, please bring the appropriate accessories for the segments you have chosen for your child/children. For example, bring their beachballs, towels, goggles, basketballs or golf clubs if they will showcase their sports wear. Bring their shades, hats, bags, etc to add glitter to their casual outfits. Don’t forget their masks, bubbles, magic wands, crowns, etc for their party wear. Salakot, Sto. Nino, bilao of vegetables or basket of fruits for Filipiniana. And whatever accessories or props necessary for their international costumes.

Listen to Happiness website launched!

The long wait is over! The Listen to Happiness website has been launched. The website includes information on Listen to Happiness’ services, news, articles, and announcements and other useful pieces a parent, therapist, or any individual can use to gain better understanding of this advocacy.

Miss Missouri International 2008 is hard of hearing

Medications given to sustain her life, left Jayna with a severe to profound hearing loss. Doctors predicted as a result of such complications that Jayna would never learn to speak, obtain beyond a third grade education, and live a normal life.
